Who are we?
Peacock Visual Arts Limited is an educational charity (with social enterprise status) supported by the Scottish Arts Council and Aberdeen City Council. All our profits go to support the work of Peacock Visual Arts and every order supports our arts projects in the community.

Peacock Visual Arts Limited is a company registered in Scotland under number SC 56235 Scottish Charity No. 14840.

The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Peacock Visual Arts Ltd for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket.

Returns
The customer may return works and seek a full refund of the purchase price paid (but not carriage paid) provided the return is instructed within 10 days of the customer taking delivery of the work. Return carriage and carriage arrangements in such cases is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval by calling +44 1224 - 639539 or email info@peaockvisualarts.co.uk. All items being returned must be undamaged and in resalable condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice and returned in the original packaging. Prints that are returned damaged or in any condition that will prevent the print from being resold at its original price will not be accepted.

Artwork Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork, please call us immediately to discuss the matter and to find a suitable solution. Please retain all of the original packing materials.

International Shipping
If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Peacock Visual Arts advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
